Practice Reorganization and Relocation
Over the past decade, Pitt County Anesthesia Associates (PCAA) has grown to keep pace with the extraordinary growth of Pitt County Memorial Hospital, University Health Systems, and Eastern North Carolina. We have increased the numbers of doctors by over 50% during this time including the addition of several fellowship trained physicians. East Carolina Anesthesia Associates, LLC (ECAA) was formed as of January 1, 2006 as part of a reorganization plan for PCAA. This new corporate structure will allow for greater organizational and operational flexibility. Despite the name change, we will continue to offer the same high quality anesthesia services to our patients that we have always provided.
